Creative Thinking
Instead of a traditional multi-page PDF, I designed the newsletter as a single, long-scroll digital document to mimic the experience of a modern webpage. This allowed employees to naturally scroll through content rather than clicking through pages. I strategically reduced heavy blocks of text and replaced them with embedded video links, knowing employees were more likely to watch than read. Videos featured employees from different markets, reinforcing unity and making the newsletter feel more dynamic and inclusive. Visually, I kept the design clean and modern while incorporating subtle patterns to align with the construction industry.
Enviornment/Constraints
One-month timeline to fully reimagine and execute the redesign before distribution across the company.

Results
The redesigned newsletter was well received, with multiple employees sharing that it was the first internal newsletter they had engaged with in a long time. The new format helped modernize internal communication and set a higher standard for future editions.
