Creative Thinking
I created a custom, Chamberlin-branded visual system centered around a modern interpretation of a three-legged stool, using bold typography and strong visual hierarchy. Each leg represented a core value, reinforced through individual interview-style videos. I developed the interview questions to ensure each video clearly communicated Safety, Quality, or Teamwork, while maintaining consistency across the series and the overall event branding.
Enviornment/Constraints
One-month timeline to plan, design, film, and edit all content. The event was delivered live across multiple markets via Microsoft Teams, requiring content that felt cohesive, inclusive, and engaging for both in-person and remote teams.

Results
The culture meeting received overwhelmingly positive feedback and was described as the best culture meeting many employees had experienced. The branded visuals and videos helped create a stronger sense of unity across markets and elevated the overall production quality of the event.
